Diesel heaters for tents are portable all-in-one heaters that stand outside the tent or in a porch, with just the warm-air duct going inside. That keeps fumes out of the tent while giving bell tents, family tents and awnings real heat on cold nights.

A 2kW to 5kW heater is plenty for most tents. You'll need a 12V battery or power station to run it. Keep the exhaust well away from the doors and use a CO alarm inside.
